Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on www.smallrevolution.dk. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at info@smallrevolution.dk if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.
PRICING POLICY
Prices are shown in either EUR or DKK. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
THE WITHDRAWAL/TRANSACTION WILL HAPPEN IN DANISH KRONES.
SMALL revolution reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
RETURN POLICY
SMALLrevoluiton.dk gladly accept returns, refunds and cancellations. When you return, refund or cancel goods to SMALLrevolution.dk, you will be required to pay for return postage, unless we have made a mistake with your purchase. You must return the item no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Simply enclose a copy of the invoice in the shipping package with the goods.
We do not accept items that have been in use. Original packaging must be returned in a condition that makes a new sale possible. The customer is responsible for the arrival of the goods in same condition as received. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only accept the credit card that was used to purchase the items in order to limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.
If you regret your purchase, the amount will be refunded by transfer to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal.

PAYMENT
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Apple pay, Paypal and Mobilepay. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is shipped from Soulland.
We also accept SMALL revolution online gift cards.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions items can be out of stock. Should this happen you will be informed by e-mail.
SHIPPING
Tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.
Your order will be dispatched on the same day, if you place the order before 12 noon. During sale and busy periods, it can take up to 1-3 days for your orders to be shipped. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. All orders within Denmark and EU are shipped via GLS while all others orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.
DISCLAIMER
SMALL revolution does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, SMALL revolution will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
PRIVACY POLICY
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. SMALL revolution will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety.
SECURITY
For the safety of your personal information, we use SLL encryption on all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser when SSL is activated.
